For those who wish to remain at home for treatment, or who live out of state, we offer a health session that will take place by video conference. We will address any health concerns you are having now as well as review your current herbs and work on a new herbal prescription or a refill should you need one. Short meditation and breath work will be part of the session.

Fertility Support
For those trying to conceive, a special plan will be created for you which includes weekly acupuncture and herbal formulas. Gráinne offers pre and post conception care, as well as post-partum support. Conception support can easily be done via Telemedicine as well as in-person.
30 min session every week for 3 months focusing on your temperature charting, diet, meditations, and yoga all to help your body prepare for pregnancy, labor, or manage your post-partum care.

Thai Body Work.
Each treatment is tailored to the client and his or her individual constitution and needs. Gráinne uses her knowledge of trigger point therapy to address pain management, as well as her experience with herbs, diet, and Ayurveda to recommend lifestyle alterations. Grainne has limited availability for Thai Massage.
